Refunds

The short version

Within 14 days of a charge, ask and you get your money back. No form, no reason needed.

How

Reply to the receipt Stripe sent you, or write to meanderai@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the card that paid and usually take a few working days to appear.

Why it is this simple

Meander has a free local-only tier that is not time limited, so you can find out whether the product suits you before paying anything. A refund policy with conditions attached mostly exists to argue with people who have already decided, and arguing costs more than refunding.

Cancelling

Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancel from the billing portal, reachable from the activation page, and you will not be charged again. Your licence keeps working until the period you have paid for ends, and after that Meander continues on its local path.

Model usage already spent

If you have used managed model access, that usage was paid to a model provider on your behalf and cannot be recovered. We will still refund the subscription; we will say so plainly if the usage was a substantial part of what you paid, rather than quietly netting it off.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and costs you longer to resolve, and there is nothing you would gain from one that an email would not get you faster.
